I also tracked community engagement and listened to social conversations to monitor audience behavior and optimize campaigns. SEO & Website Optimization
My process starts with thorough keyword research, where I focus on high-traffic terms and long-tail keywords that reflect user intent. I optimize metadata, including title tags, meta descriptions, and alt text for images, to improve discoverability and click-through rates. I use tools like Google Search Console and SEMRush to track search trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify content gaps that could help boost rankings.
I have written UX content at LEAD and JSW, using straightforward language for instructions, buttons, and navigation menus so users always know what to do next. For example, instead of using a vague ‘Click here,’ a more specific call to action like ‘Download the guide’ makes the user’s journey clearer and more intuitive.
I also integrate conversion rate optimization techniques, running A/B tests on landing pages and CTAs to determine what resonates best with visitors. Monitoring heat maps from Microsoft Clarity and analyzing user behavior helps refine these optimizations by showing how users interact with the page, which areas they avoid, and what drives conversions.
Email Marketing
At LEAD, JSW, and Learnsignal, I have gained experience in performing in-depth segmentation based on various factors such as user behavior, demographics, past purchases, and engagement with previous email campaigns. This enables precise targeting, ensuring that each email is tailored to the recipient. For example, I use segmentation to send welcome emails to new subscribers, while follow-up campaigns differ depending on whether a user has browsed products, downloaded content, or abandoned their cart.
A/B testing plays a vital role in optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. By testing variables like subject lines, email copy, images, CTA placement, and design, I can determine what resonates best with different segments. This testing helps refine messaging to boost open rates, click-through rates, and, most importantly, conversion rates. For instance, a slight adjustment in the subject line or CTA wording can result in significant improvements in engagement.
I also use behavioral triggers as part of my automation strategy to ensure timely and relevant communication. These automated emails are sent based on specific user actions (or inactions), such as cart abandonment, browsing behavior, or past purchases. For example, if a user abandons their cart, I send a personalized reminder with an incentive to complete the purchase, significantly increasing conversion chances. Additionally, I incorporate dynamic content within emails, offering personalized recommendations or product content based on the recipient’s interests or purchase history.

Brand Storytelling
Brand storytelling is about creating a strong emotional connection with your audience, so they recognize your brand even without seeing the logo. It’s about crafting a narrative that sticks—something that makes people recall your brand through its colors, shapes, or even a specific ad. This connection turns a brand into something memorable, evoking feelings or memories without needing to be directly identified.
In my work, I’ve helped shape brand storytelling by defining the brand’s tone and narrative, ensuring that every touchpoint—whether content or visuals—aligns with the core story. This consistency makes the brand relatable, memorable, and leaves a lasting impression on the audience.
Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics
By examining key metrics like bounce rates, time on page, and scroll depth, I get a detailed picture of how content resonates and where engagement drops off. This allows me to identify friction points in the user experience and optimize those areas for higher retention and conversion rates.
One of the most powerful techniques I use is cohort analysis. By segmenting users into specific groups based on their behavior or demographics, I can fine-tune content and offers to cater to each group’s unique needs and interests. For example, a cohort of users who abandoned a cart can be targeted with a specific email flow that highlights product benefits, offers a discount, and includes social proof, nudging them to complete the purchase.
